Can you coordinate care between my GP and allied health providers?

Absolutly yes!  This is at the core of our service to make sure all your care needs are coodinated with your GP, hospital and allied health appointments.  Not all allied health services require using your NDIS funding either, so where applicable, we will ensure you have full use of the medicare system and benefits before exhausting your NDIS funding.  All care management and coordination is run by APHRA or APD professionals who understand this system which will ensure the maximisation of care availability as well as excellency by our heart-centred care staff.
